Jeffrey Eischen is a Financial Advisor and founder of Pace Financial Advisors, a financial firm located in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Zachary grew up enjoying sports and played baseball at the collegiate level. He attended and graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics and a Master of Science in Safety Science. He had an early interest in aviation and he’s a licensed pilot and drone pilot. He always had a love of the outdoors and outdoor sports and has continued to pursue those interests in his home in Central Oregon. He began his working career as a Mining Safety Specialist and later became a Police Officer for the City of Redmond, where he continues to work today. He is passionate about helping people change their lives around in a positive way and he’s excited and looking forward to continuing that endeavor in his new position at Pace.

He currently resides in Redmond, Oregon with his wife, Julie, and their three young children.

Grant has been studying business and personal finance since 2017 and has been actively investing since 2020. He recognizes that although finances  and planning can be a source of pain and confusion for some, sound financial advice can turn those challenges into blessings. In his spare time Grant enjoys piano, movies, sports, audio engineering and playing drums for the worship team at his home church.

Christopher is a Financial Advisor with Pace Financial in Hillsboro, Oregon. He graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has been interested in finance since the age of 12 when he started building budgets for his friends.

This life is short and why not live it intentionally with purpose and impact. At a young age TJ was introduced to the challenge of being a good steward with his money. His father and grandfather walked him into a financial advisor’s office and started him on the path of connecting his money with his purpose. Ever since that day he has been passionate about helping others do the same.

Prior to joining Pace, Tj owned and operated his wealth management practice Rooted Financial. He has been working in the financial advising space since 2012. Prior to financial services, he worked as the Director of Operations as a fourth-generation owner in his family’s mattress manufacturing company. He graduated from Portland State University with his bachelor’s degree and a double major in Business Management and Marketing.

He met his wife Jena while they were on a spring break ministry trip in Louisiana, helping rebuild after Hurricane Katrina. They met in the spring of 2006 and have been married since 2007. They have five children, Ella, Tyson, Lucy, June and Carson. They are actively involved in their church serving in multiple roles. In their free time they enjoy sports and the outdoors

Debbie Taggart has been in the finance field since 2014. She entered the field as an office manager and her duties include scheduling, answering phones, and processing paperwork. While Debbie enjoys her office duties, she especially loves interacting with clients and will go the extra mile to make sure they are always greeted with a warm smile and friendly, genuine conversation. Lisa Caraway began her career with Pace Financial in 2022 as an advisor assistant. She is passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals, and enjoys working with individuals to help them plan and achieve their dreams.

Jayne was born and raised in northwest England and after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Music, started her career as a teacher in her hometown of Blackpool, Lancashire. After immigrating to the US in 1999, she continued her career in the classroom teaching second, third, and fourth grade and serving as a music director and peripatetic piano teacher in schools throughout Beaverton and Hillsboro.

Jayne left teaching in 2014 and after gaining an associate diploma in administration, started her career in finance at Edward Jones Investments. Jayne began work as an On-Call in 2015, later becoming a fully-fledged office administrator in 2016 and graduating to senior administrator status in June 2021. During her years at Edward Jones, she served on the region’s leadership team as event coordinator and enjoyed planning regional meetings and activities for her colleagues.

Jayne joined PACE in July 2021 and currently applies her skills in teaching and finance to help serve clients as they navigate their personal financial journeys. What matters most to Jayne is that clients feel safe, secure, and supported and leave every meeting with a sense of peace and hope.

Jayne currently lives with her husband Michael, in Hillsboro, Oregon and when she isn’t tending to her garden, can be found reading, playing the piano, or practicing the craft of wood-burning.
